Qualitative Research Recruiter
Jumpspark is reinventing the way companies understand what their consumers want.
Technological advancements are rapidly transforming the way companies approach consumer research, offering opportunities to connect with consumers in more dynamic and insightful ways. However, many companies face significant challenges in leveraging these innovations because (1) it’s difficult to assess which technologies deliver truly incremental value over existing tools, (2) adopting and mastering new technologies can be time-intensive, and (3) many teams just lack the capacity or expertise to conduct effective consumer research in-house.
We can help! We are building a team of folks who are passionate about understanding what drives human beings, excited by new technology, and eager to help companies modernize and evolve the way they understand their consumers.
We are looking for a Qualitative Research Recruiter to help us find the high-quality respondents we need for qualitative research studies.
What will you do?
We are looking for someone to work with on a project-by-project basis. For each project, you will:
Spend time learning about our clients’ needs and research objectives
Program a screener survey in a recruiting platform (like Respondent.io) to find potential candidates
Identify high-potential candidates for research based on their responses to the screener survey
Pre-screen candidates over Zoom or Microsoft Teams to ensure they are articulate, and fit the sample specifications of the study
Identify the top candidates to invite to the study
Note: If you use your own platform to recruit respondents, we are open to different approaches vs. what we currently do
You:
Have at least 12 months of experience recruiting respondents for qualitative research
Have recruited for (1) in-home interviews, (2) shop-a-longs and (3) virtual IDIs
Are comfortable using new technologies
Have excellent attention to detail
Have experience using Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Slack
Are based in the US or Canada
Are confident in your interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills
Are trustworthy and can be counted on for delivering your work according to specific timelines
Have extremely reliable, high-speed internet
Are a full-time freelancer
Can make yourself available for 20-40 hours in a two-week period to take on projects from Jumpspark
